Hurting People Hurt People

When someone hurts us our first response is anger and “I’ll show you!” kind of attitude. We want to hurt them back. It’s just our human nature.

Have you ever heard…”Hurting people hurt people?” It’s true, but what if we would mirror back the love of God to that one who hurts us?
What does that mean? Instead of showing anger, we show them love by refusing to be angry and giving them love, even though they don’t deserve it. After all, isn’t that what Christ did for us? John 3:16 proves it.
None of us deserve His love. Not one of us are worthy of it, but He loves us any way.
Aren’t you thankful for the unconditional love of God.
