As Christians we are to be like Christ. That means we should be “selfless” and not “selfish”. As we grow and mature in our walk with Him our desires of the flesh will naturally decrease and our desire for more of Him will increase…just as John the Baptist stated…he said I must decrease and Christ must increase.
Jesus lived and died for mankind. He left His home in heaven to walk and dwell among man. He ultimately laid down His life so that we might live forever with Him.
We can only truly love if God lives in us because God is love. Want to know the definition of love? Read 1 Corinthians 13. Insert your name or the name of someone you love to check your love walk or see if they really love you. It’s a good test. The Word of God is our plumb line.
How is your love walk? Check it out. ❤️
